<br />Mayor.Uipen called the mieeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councifinembers.Artig-Swomley, Linder and Kuny

<br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded. by Co.uncilmernber Artig-Swomley to approve:.
<br />the agenda for January 16, 2018, motion passed. Agenda approved.

<br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Lindner to approve the
<br />minutes for December 19,.2017, motion passed. Minutes approved.

<br />Feasi bi lity Re artScheuneman Road business district Project—Gre Anderson S.E.H.
<br />Mr, Anderson gave an overview of the Scheuneman Road project. A motion ryas made by
<br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley, seconded.by Councilmember Lindner to open the public. hearing.
<br />Motion passed, the public hearing was opened at 7:2.0 p.m. Daniel ❑Sterkarnp,.Summit Mini Storage,.
<br />$850,000 cost of the project, how many parcels will share the cost of the project? Mr. Anderson —10
<br />parcels. Mike Greenbaum; NewTrax, inquired about thie.length of the assessment, stated New Trax
<br />property lines have a discrepancy, are smaller than what is stated. Mr. Anderson will follow up onthe
<br />discrepancy. Mr. Greenbaum stated he didn't have an objection to the project but needed to know
<br />numbers before, $250,000 is a significant number for a non-profit. G & A Colortech: How long will the
<br />project be? Mr. Anderson, 3 _ 4. months, access would be provided for during the construction period.
<br />G & A Colortech: Would the street.be closed? Mr. Anderson: The street would be closed for a periods
<br />of times; curbs will have to be done in pieces which will take more time.. A motion was made by
<br />Councilmember Lindner, seconded.by Cauncilmember Artig-Swomley to close the public hearing.
<br />Motion passed, public hearing was. closed at 7:30 p.m. Council briefly discussed the project. Project will
<br />help with storm water, will use existing gravel, new curbs will be done in. pieces, project will take longer
