Approval of a permit from Ramsey County to access County Road E, and all Ramsey <br />County requirements shall be met, <br />Response - Ramsey County comments havebeen.addressed... Revised plans have been sent. <br />to the county, Necessary access permits are in the process of being applied for. <br />J. Approval from the County Engineer including the developer providing a cross-section of <br />the turn lane and %Gress to County Road. E. <br />Response- Turn lane plans have been submitted. to County Engineer for reviewlapprova1. <br />Access & Cross-section: of the .turn lane has been shown on: street.sheet 4. <br />4. Approvals from the RWMWD of a Wedand.Permit (see Appendix A). <br />Response - The RWMW❑ has reviewed and .approved with conditions, the construction <br />plans; the stormwater management plan; and the wetland replacement plan. Tlie remaining <br />conditions are — <br />A. Escrow fee of $82,000. <br />B. Provide: a set of.approved construction plans. <br />C. City of Gemlake to provide watershed with written notice that they are aware that. the <br />NWL; HWL, and wetland buffer of Wetland. Creation Area #I encroaches into Lots 16 <br />and. 17. The HWL is covered by a drainage and utility.ease.rnent. <br />D. The applicant shall .submit the executed copies of the maintenance agreements for the. <br />stormwater facilities and wetland mitigation areas. <br />The other conditions in the email from February 20 have been addressed. <br />5.
