Landmark of Gem Lake, LLC, Project (Villas At <br />Gem.Lake) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake was'approached by Landmark of Gem Lake, LLC. to <br />develop .1 S acres of land West, of Daniels Farm Road, <br />WHEREAS,. the City of Gem Lake. staff worked with Landmark staff to create plans that <br />will be in compliant with city ordinances, <br />WHEREAS,. the Landmark of Gem Lake, LLC. Project is approved subject the. <br />following: <br />o SEH report of open items be completed; <br />o The Water.service agreement with Vadnais Heights is completed and approved <br />by both City Counciils; <br />o. The Open items on the Conditional Use Permit are.completed; <br />o The Developers Agreement. is approved by The City Council and <br />Landmark of Gem Lake, LLC, <br />Q All Bills Current <br />o The 5&S Tree. Landscape requirements is approved by Landmark of Gem <br />Lake, LLC. ; <br />o The RarnseylWashington Metro Watershed permit is received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the above resolution was adopted at the April <br />I7th regular City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Rarimy County Minnesota, <br />made by Council Member XXXXX.and seconded by Council Member XXXXXX. <br />With a vote-.of.X= yes and XXXX no <br />ATTEST <br />1, Tori Leonhardt, the duly qualified City Clerk. of the City of Gem Lake., County of <br />Ramsey,.
