They wish to conduct door to door, and face <br />to face, Monday - Saturday=10.00.a.m. — 7:00 p.m. Both gentlemen a.re associated with Benson <br />Property,.69.89 Washington Avenue, Edina, MN, 651.4.72-3314.. <br />The White Bear Lake Police Department has conducted a background check on both individuals which <br />consists of not been convicted within the last five years of a felony, gross.misdemeano.r or misdemeanor <br />for violation of any state or federal statute or any local ordinance.{other than misdemeanor traffic <br />offenses.} Both individuals passed, I.Checked with Blaine, Forest Lake and Stillwater because they <br />stated they conducted business in each one of those municipalities. ❑nly Blaine had information on a <br />solicitor license on Philip Bottjen in 2017. <br />If we grant a license, a placard will. be issued to loth gentlemen to show,to residents that they are <br />permitted to solicit within the City of Gem Lake.
