It shall be Developer's responsibility to obtain : any and all temp orary easements as may be necessary for Developer's performance under this Agreement, (e) Oyersizing Reimbursement. Developer shall provide a copy of the RWMWD Permit to the City prior to the commencement of construction. (b) Developer or their agents or assigns, shall comply with all provisions of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) including but not limited to keeping the public streets clear of any soil, earth or.debris resulting from work done.by Developer or his agents or assigns. Any such materials roust be promptly removed and in no event shall they be present more than twenty-four (24) hours after placement. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the City undertaking this work with costs to be reimbursed by Developerpursuant to this Agreement:
