It shall be Developer's responsibility to obtain : any and all <br />temp orary easements as may be necessary for Developer's performance under this Agreement, <br />(e) Oyersizing Reimbursement. In the event. that .Developer is required to <br />construct any sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain improvements or trail improvements <br />that will benefit properties beyond the boundary of the Developer's plat, the City shall <br />reimburse Developer for the construction costs thereof as determined by the Developer, and <br />agreed. upon by the City, through invoices of work provided, This amount. shall be paid to <br />Developer %on. or about thirty (30) days after the City's receipt of an invoice showing the <br />amount due is provided to the City <br />(f) The Developer shall be responsible for all standard street signs at all locations <br />required for the development <br />(g) As -built drawings of all improvements identified in Part B.shall be filed with <br />the City Engineer. Such as -built drawings shall show the date of construction and shall be <br />drawn in such a manner and on such materials to meet the standards at the. City available in <br />the City engineer's office. As -built drawings must be completed and filed in the City <br />engineer's ofliice within six (6):months of the day of the. completion of such improvement. If <br />as -built drawings are not filed within the: time period, specified the City engineer may be <br />authorized to conduct surveys and complete#tie drawings and all ofthe costs pursuant Hereto <br />shall be paid. by the Developer, <br />Estimated cost of Developer's Improvements, the description and completion dates for Part <br />13 are as follows: See. Exhibit B, Part B. <br />Section 4:14; Engineering. <br />(a) The Developer shall cause to be constructed, at its cost and its Quiz risk;. <br />the Required Improvements according to City standards. All. of the Grading and <br />Drainage Improvements shall be approved by the City and shall be consistent with the <br />Final Plat and the. Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control Plaids approved March 30, 2018, <br />subject to. any revisions required by the City Engineer. A copy of said plans are attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit D. Developer shall provide: all. documentation. <br />required by the: City's Engineer to ensure any custom graded lots meet City standards, <br />including tree preservation. The Developer also agrees to adhere to all terms and <br />conditions as set forth by the Ramsey -Washington. Metro Watershed District (RWMyVi)}. <br />Developer shall provide a copy of the RWMWD Permit to the City prior to the <br />commencement of construction. <br />(b) Developer or their agents or assigns, shall comply with all provisions of <br />the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) including but not limited to keeping <br />the public streets clear of any soil, earth or.debris resulting from work done.by Developer <br />or his agents or assigns. Any such materials roust be promptly removed and in no event <br />shall they be present more than twenty-four (24) hours after placement. Failure to <br />comply with this provision will result in the City undertaking this work with costs to be <br />reimbursed by Developerpursuant to this Agreement: <br />
