Lake approved the Developers Agreement at the April <br />City Council Meeting, <br />WHEREAS; additions were made after the meeting,: <br />WHEREAS,: that the Landmark Developers agreement. added, <br />■ Wording for the HOA and irrigation system, <br />WHEREAS, the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed by <br />Councilmember -- and was duly seconded by Councilmember --- and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote.of - votes in favor of the resolution and <br />against. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED,. said resolution was. declared. and duly passed <br />and adopted by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on May 15, 2018. <br />ATTEST <br />I, Ton Leonhardt, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem.
