The proposed structure would be 1,4.40 square feet in size, and located to the South of the existing <br />house. The structure would have a second floor for additionalstorage, which would result. in a max height <br />of 24 feet 10 inches for the structure. <br />Accessorystructures with a footprint exceeding 1.,000 square feet require a conditional use permit (CUP) <br />be issued .by the city, per Section 16.5 of the Consolidated Land. Use. ordinance. CAPS require review by <br />the Planning Commis.slion, and final approval or denial by the City Council, <br />The Plannin5l.Commission reviewed the request.at their meeting on January 11'h. The Commission <br />discussed the scope of the project, compliance with: -zoning requirements, drainage in the area, .and: the <br />building permit.process with the applicants. There was no comments made from the public during the <br />public hearing..
