Permit Request. <br />Jeff and I a.re requesting a Conditional Use permit to build an accessory structure. on o6r.property <br />located at 3825 Scheuneman Road Gem Lake, MN 55110. This structure would. be. located on the <br />Southwest. Corner of our,property (see Attached location rnap).'Weare asking.for a 36 ft Wide by. 40.ft <br />Long (1,440. sq ft) accessory structure to also include a. bonus room .above. <br />This structure would be. used to store lawn equipment and personal Vehicles. As 'shown by the overhead. <br />view many of:o.ur vehicles.are .now stored outside.. The bon us,room would be used as a .craft room.. We <br />would like to rough in sewer and water into this structure. along:w.ith gas and electricity. We believe we <br />would. have to ru.n separate meters.:for these utilities. There is a sewer line that runs along the South <br />property line from the residences behind us. <br />There. is one pine tree. circled 1n red .ori the attached location ma0:that will need to be removed to a[low <br />for a gravel driveway to be installed to access the accessory building. <br />We are not aware of any water sheds on th.e property. <br />Legal description is attached. <br />Proposed schedule <br />If permit is approved, rernovaI of the garden fence would begin this Fa112021. The shed would be moved <br />to another location on the property.
