City Planner Evan Monson:. <br />1, The applicant is permitted to build -the proposed detached accessory structure to a.siize of.1,440 <br />square feet, according to the plans submitted to the city and reviewed with this request. <br />2. The applicant is required to acquire a buildig permit from the city for the prbpo§ed structure, and. <br />to submit a grading. & erosion control plan to city staff for review prior to issuance of a building <br />permit, so as to ensure -drainage. issues: from the city.engineer are. addressed. <br />3, .Any connectibns-of the proposed. accessory structure to city utilities shall adhere to applicable <br />city requirements. <br />4.
