CI'I'Y*OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />PROPSED CHANGES AMENDING APPENDIX A OF ORDINANCE NO.131, <br />REGARDING THE DEFINITION OF HOME OCCUPATION <br />The City .Council of the City of Genf Lake hereby ordains that: Appendix A of Ordinance No. <br />131 -shall be amended with. the following: <br />Section 1.0 Definition <br />1.1 The d4thition Qf YHgme--Qccupatioo' shall be rep.ealed'artd replaced with the Following: <br />HIori e; Occupation —A use incidental'and secondary to a property's prirmary:midential <br />use. A home occupation use shall. not ohange the. residential character of the-prbperty or <br />the -neighborhood, and shall meet all applicable legal requirements. The standards, permit <br />procedures, and.regulafions of home occupations are further defined in Ordinance <br />Section 2.0 Severabilitv <br />11 Should any section, subdivision; clause or oilier irgvision of tliis Ordinance be. held. to be <br />invalid.by-arty court of competent.jurisdiction, such decision shalt not affeei`the validity <br />of the:Ordinance as a whole, or of any part hereof, other than th'e part held to be invalid <br />Section 3.0 Effective Date <br />3.1 This Ordinance amendment'shall take effect and be in`force from and after its passage <br />and publication. <br />
