<br />Building Permits and Inspections
<br />Building Permit:
<br />The fees for each building permit and inspection shall be based on Table 1 below. The State Building Permit surcharge
<br />shall also apply in addition to the fees below. Plan review fees shall be 65% of the building permit fee shown, unless
<br />submittal documents for similar plans have already been approved. In that instance, plan review fees shall not exceed 25%
<br />of the normal building permit fee established below:
