CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.-9 <br />AN ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REGULATING THE SALE AND CONSUPTION OF <br />INTOXTCATING.LIQUOR AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION. <br />Section 1. Provisions of State Law Adopted. <br />The provisions of Minn. Stat. chapter 340A, commonly known as the .liquor act, are adopted and <br />made a part of this. ordinance as if set. out in fall. Whenever there is an inconsistency between the. <br />provisions of Minn. Stat. chapter 34-A and the provisions of this, ordinance the more restrictive <br />governs: 4:, r , <br />Section 2.
