Section 13. License Term,.Renewal. <br />Except as otheiwi.se provided, each license will expire. on December 3 lst of the year in which it is <br />issued. The application for the renewal of an existing license must be made at least 60 days before <br />the date of the expiration of the.licerise'and must..be. made on the form. which the city provides. <br />Section 14. Temporary Amendments to:Liquor Licenses. <br />14.1.
