OFFICIAL <br />DATE; AUGUST 14, 2018 <br />RE; SKETCH PLAN REVIEW HONEY BEAR MEADERY <br />After reviewing the proposed floor layout for Honey Bear Meadery, 1595 County <br />Road. E E, Gem Lake, I offer the following comments: <br />• The Honey Bear Meadery proposal requires a change in building <br />occupancy from a general business/retail use (as is existing currently) to. <br />an assemble/gathering type use. This proposed change in use requires <br />the facility to meet all current building code requirements. <br />• The sketch plan depicts an occupant load. of. 49 .occupants using fixed. <br />seating.. A more detailed seating plan small be submitted to the Met <br />Councillor SAC (sewer availability charge) determination. <br />• Detailed construction documents shall be submitted to the Gem Lake. <br />Building Department for permitting and review. <br />• Review and approval from the Ramsey County Health Department is <br />required. <br />Detail plumbing plans shall be submitted to the Department of Labor and <br />Industry for review and approvals. <br />I <br />
