FORMAL NOTICE,*the DEVELOPER agrees to repair or replace, as directed by the CITY and at <br />the DEVELOPER!i sole cost and expense, any work or materials relating to DEVELOPER <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS that within the warranty periods of Sections :138(H) become <br />defective in the opinion of`the.. CITY. <br />8:5 CITY ACCEPTANCE. The. DEVELOPER. shall give FORMAL NOTICE to the <br />CITY within thirty (30) Mays. once. DEVELOPER PUBLIC IMPROV WENTS have been <br />completed in accord with. this DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, CITY ordinances, and the <br />DEVELOPMENT PLANS, The CITY shall then inspect the. pEVELOPER PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS and notify the DEVELOPER of any DEVELOPER PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS that do not so conform. Upon compliance with this DEVELOPMENT <br />CONTRACT, CITY ordinances,. and the DEVELOPMENT PLANS,. the DEVELOPER PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS shall become the property of the CITY' upon FORMAL NOTICE of <br />Acceptance by the CITY. After acceptance, the: DEVELOPEK PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />become the property of the CITY, and the DEVELOPER shall -have no responsiibility with respect <br />to maintenance of the DEVELOPER PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS. except as prgVided`1n* Sections <br />1:.19 and 10.1. In addition; fallowing items -must* <br />be provided: <br />a.. Two ties to all curb boxes and main -line gate valves. <br />b. All hydrant gate valves:tied back to the hydrant. <br />c. All ties shall be 100 feet or less: <br />d. Top nut elevation of all hydrants. <br />e. Rim and Inert elevations on all manholes and catch basins. <br />f. Apron invert elevations on all.flared end structures. <br />g. Water service locations. <br />h. As built grading plan containing spot elevatioq�prepared and signed by a registered <br />engineer or registered land surveyor, in. an electronic format{see item i}. <br />.i. Final as -built 'information. shall be submitted in an electronic format compatible <br />with the .CITY'S Geographic Infonriation System ( - IS).
