Deposit: DEVELOPER. must provide to the City of f&m Lake the <br />cash deposit fot inspection fees stated on Exhibit D5 of the DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT. <br />�c.) Planning Fees. DEVELOPER must fully pay the City of Gem Lake for all planning, <br />engine0ing review, and legal fees that have been incurred. <br />2.) SUBDIVISION EROSION CONTROL.
