E, <br />GENT LAKE, MINNESOTA FOR .2019. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake .is authorized by the State of Minnesota to <br />issue liquor licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their <br />municipality;: <br />WHEREAS, Black Sea Restaurant, 1581 County Road E.. E, Gem Lake, has met all <br />the requirements. set forth. with the City of Gem Lake and the State of Minnesota <br />for a wine license for 2019, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake <br />approves the wine.license for. Black Sea Restaurant, 1581 County Road E.
