Authodzethe Gem Lake to place its 2040 Comprehensive Plan into effect. <br />2. Advise the City to implement the advisory comments in the Review Record for Forecasts, and <br />Surface Water Management. <br />Recommendation of the. Environment Committee <br />1. Approve the City of Gem Lake's Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br />Summary of Community Development Committee Discussion/Questions <br />Senior Planner Jake Reilly presented the staff s report to the Committee. No representatives -from <br />the City of Gem Lake were in attendance. The Community Development Committee unanimously <br />teeommended approval of the proposed action with no questions or discussion at its meeting on <br />May 16, 2022. <br />Summary of Environment Committee Diiscussion/Questions <br />No comments or questions.
