Gem Lake submitted a <br />draft Local Water Management Plan (LWMP) to the Council for review in September201.7. <br />Council Water Resources staff reviewed and commented on the draft LWMP to the City, <br />Watershed District and Watershed Management organization in a letter dated October 6, 2017, <br />The revised version of the LWMP submitted on January 13,2021, adequately addresses concems <br />raised in our October 2017 letter.
