Agreement PW2021-08 <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF GEM.LAKE FOR <br />Stormwater Outfall Repair of Hoffman Road <br />south of County Road .E <br />Total Project Cost: $168,016,64 Attachments: <br />City of Gem Lake Cost: $120,459,83 A —Engineer's Estimate <br />Ramsey County Cost: $48,556.81 B -- Drainage Area Map <br />C Plans <br />This Agreement is. between the City of Gem .Lake, a municipal corporation ("City") and <br />Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota,.("County" ) for the repair <br />of a stormwater outfall southeast of County Road E and Hoffman Road ("Project"). <br />RECITALS <br />1. County Road E (CSAH 15) has drainage to the Project. <br />2. The Project located within the City and conveys both County and City drainage. <br />AGREEMENTS <br />Responsibility for Design Engineering, <br />11, The. City will prepare plans, specifications, and proposals for the Project.. <br />1.2. Plans for the Project showing proposed construction will be presented to the <br />County and will be on file at the City. <br />1.3. Any costs associated with Project revisions after the completion of plans and <br />specifications will be paid for by the party requesting the revisions. The County <br />must. concur with plans for the Project before. proceeding and must: approve any <br />subsequent revisions that increase County costs or impact Courity elements. <br />2. Responsibility for the Right of Way Plan and Acquisition <br />2.1, The City will prepare a right:of way acquisition plan showing easements and <br />other property interests required for construction of the Project. The acquisition <br />plan is subject to approval by the County before proceeding. <br />2.2. The City will acquire the proposed easements and right of way. <br />PW 2021-08 Page 1.of 5 <br />
