Hall. This building is. our one. and only city meeting pkoeand <br />'is located at 4200 Otter Lake Road in Gem Lake. The building is ldcmted at the. <br />iaterseotion. of Otter Lake and Goose Lake Roads. jb- main phone number t <br />. 651-Z47-27qo. <br />The building has public restrooms and two conference rooms, one large and <br />.one small. Fully internet.capability is-evailable. The building has a medium <br />sized parking lot. <br />All city oouncil. members, as well as -the city clerk, have keys and security codes <br />for 24 hour access to the building. <br />Heritage Hall has no emergency generator and has _ imited capacity to .serve as <br />an emergency shelter or evacuation center. Other than bottled water, and AED <br />machine and a first aid kit, there are no emergency supplies regularly on hand. <br />In the event that our city hall is destroyed, damaged or otherwise. rendered <br />inadequate due to the emergency, there are several large private out -buildings <br />that ma -be able to be used. <br />
