In addition, the <br />current solution does not enable us to add a category of requests specific to Gem Lake. <br />CiviePlus has a new solution called SeeClickFix. SeeClickFix is a full service citizen <br />relationship management (CRM) solution that meets eontactless expectations by <br />enabling citizens and staff to communicate remotely and safely. <br />This solution would create custom internal workflow to. route requests for rapid <br />response. The system creates a work order to ensure the Town is providing Gem Lake <br />with exceptional Public Works service. In the new system, reports are able to be to. <br />assist: with budgeting 1 billing. This system will save time as shown in the following <br />example: a resident reports a. pothole on Goose Lake Road this gets emailed to our <br />public works department and then public works staff would then sign into the system <br />and reply to the citizen letting them know they need to contact Ramsey County as it's;.a <br />county maintained roadway. Then ew system is more robust and would know this is <br />county maintained and would send out an automatic reply letting the resident know <br />whom to contact at the county for this concern. <br />This solution. includes the SeeClickFix. mobile app for Gem Lake to be .able to download <br />and use on their mobile device to enable accurate geotracking. <br />See Click Fix — Request total investment for the 1st year is $6,156.99 of which we would <br />share the cost with. City of Gem Lake. Gem Lake's portion. would be $3,07850. Annual <br />recurring costs would be $8,619.79 with Gem Lake's portion being $4,309..9.0.. <br />In summary, I recommend the Gem Lake. City council approve the SeeClickFix cost <br />share as both technology and citizen expectations evolve the Town must increasingly <br />rely on. comprehensive citizen request management (CRM) software that include online <br />portals and mobile applications for our citizens to place their requests. <br />
