How is the *new law enforced? <br />A8. The Minnesota Board of Pharmacy has regulatory autiority over drug products that are <br />.implicitly or explicitly intended foxhuman or animal consumption. This includes products <br />regulated in the new law. If a product does not meet all the requirements of the new law, the <br />product. may be considered mis randed or adulterated.
