Forty-eight parking spaces are provided on the south and :west sides of the <br />building. Based on the size of the building 60 parking spaces. could be required. The gun <br />shop and 2nd Hand Tools do not gene.irate. a significant amount of traffic. <br />Mr. Eck#on plans to use 838 square: feet of the building. Using a 1. parking space per 100. <br />square feet of useable floor area model will require only 9 spaces. There are <br />approximately 18 parkin.g spaces in. front of {south side} or west side of the building where. <br />the Meadery Brewery is proposed. The amount of parking appears to be adequately <br />provided. <br />Commercial — Add on -sale liquor, off -sale liquor, microbrewlmeadery <br />brewery to the current list of Conditional Uses.
