I will.bring this <br />back to the full council for reintroduction with edits proposed .by our Police Department: <br />In Sec. 8-311. — Violations and Penalty, we. have increased. fines at the council's direction, shown in the <br />attached Word document. <br />Below are proposed :additions (Currently being reviewed by our City Attorney) <br />Law enforcement is asking us to consider three.additionaI items. <br />I. Legal Age; .Sale. No person. under theage of 18 shall be allowed to sell any <br />licensed product. <br />2. Possession. No. person under the age of 2l shall bein possession of any THC <br />Product. Any person under the age of .21 in possession of a THC Product maye.subject <br />�f to a petty misdemeanor.. Any person under the age of 21 in possession of any THC <br />Product may have it. confiscated by a low enforcement officer.. <br />3. Hours and Days of Sole. No sole of THC products maybe made between 10:00 <br />p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday <br />This was probably more than:you were looking for.
