Commission Chair Cummings proposed that the Planning. Commission recommend approval of <br />an ..IUP based on the conditions: recommended by the City Planrter for.orie (1) year and then <br />tevisit once it is set to expire. <br />The following-coitditioris viril4 need to be met: <br />1. The applicant is permitted to utilize the.existing barn on-siteto-house up to two goats. <br />I -Proposed fencing i;hall be placed at minittium five feet from property lines.to the south. <br />3. The:l<UP shall expire in one.calendar-year, so as to. allow t}ie-.Planhing Commission to <br />review the request again to ensure the: use is incompliance with conditions: of this <br />.approval, and other city ordinances have beemmet. <br />4.
