■ Contractual Liability for an "Insured Contract'.' consistent with the definition under <br />the:standard ISO general liability policy form. <br />b. This policy will include the following endorsements or language, which shall be <br />indicated on or attached to the certificate of insurance; <br />■ The.definition of "Insured Contract".Will be.amended to remove. any exclusion of <br />other limitation for any work being done within 50 feet of Licensor's property; <br />■ Waiver of subrogation in favor of and acceptable.. to Licensor; <br />■ Additional insured endorsement in favor of and acceptable to Licensor and Jones <br />Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc. to include coverage for ongoing .and completed <br />operations; <br />■ Separation of insureds; <br />■ The policy shall be primary and iron -contributing with respect to .any insurance <br />carried by Licensor. <br />c.. The. parties. agree that the workers' compensation and employers' liability related <br />exclusions in the CGL policy(s) are intended to apply to employees. of the policyholder <br />and will not apply to Licensor's employees. <br />d.. No other endorsements that -limit. coverage with respect to Licensee's obligations under <br />this agreement may be included on the policy.. <br />15.2 Bus iness.Automobile Insurance. Coverage will be provided as set forth by the Minnesota <br />Municipal statutes. The following will apply`to contractors performing.` work. <br />a. The insurance will provide minimum coverage with a combined single limit of at Least <br />$1,000,000 per.accident, and include coverage for, but not limited to the following: <br />■ Bodily injury and property damage.. <br />• Any and all vehicles owned, used or aired. <br />b: The .policy will includethe following endorsements or language, which will be indicated <br />on or attached to the certificate. of insurance: <br />= Waiver of subrogation in favor of and acceptable to: Licensor; <br />= Additional insured endorsement in favor of and acceptable to Licensor; <br />Separation of insureds; <br />■ The. policy shall be primary and non-contributing with respect to any insurance <br />carried by Licenso.r.. <br />1.5.3 Workers` Compensation and Ern la ers' Liabi& Insurance. Coverage will be provided as <br />set forth by the Minnesota Municipal Statutes. Requirements below are set forth for <br />contractors: <br />a. The policy will provide. coverage of all employees performing any part of the <br />installation or maintenance of the.Pipeline 'including coverage.for, but not limited to: <br />= Licensee's statutory liability under the workers' compensafion laws of the state(s) <br />in which the work or services under this agreement are:to be.;pe formed. The policy <br />will cover all .of Licensee'semployees, regardless of whether such coverage is <br />optional under the law of that state(s). <br />• Employers' Liability (Part B) with limits. of at least $500,000 each accident, <br />$500,000 by disease policy .limit, $500,000 by disease each employee. <br />b.
