THIS LICENSE SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS RUNNING WITH THE LANDS BEN EFITTED HEREBY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE PROJECT AREA DESCRIBED ON EXHIBIT "B" ATTACHED HERETO;. HOWEVER, THE RIGHTS GRANTED HEREIN ARE NEITHER EXCLUSIVE NOR A. DEDICATION OF THE PREMISES TO LICENSEE.
