Provisions of State Law Adopted. <br />Tlie provisions. of Minn.. Stat. chapter WA, commonly known. as the liquor act, are adopted and <br />made apart of this ordinance as if set out.in full. Whenever there -is an inconsistency between the <br />provisions of.Minn..Stat.:chapter 340A and the. provisions of, t4is.ordinance, the mare restrictive <br />governs. <br />Section 2.
