Excess money not used will be returned to the person who paid <br />the escrow at.the end of the project. Expenses that.exceed the escrow amount will be billed <br />to the applicant of the end of the project. <br />A Late,Charge of W.00 plus I % per month wild be charged if payment. for services billed <br />is not paid within 30 days after invoicing.
