M[nutes approved. <br />Committee Reports <br />None <br />Old Business <br />Newsletter ideas — Goals for 2017, accomplishments of 2016, comp plan update, hush Line, White Bear <br />Lake Food S.hielfdonation and drop off box, wedding.at the Donie[s.Estate. <br />Public Hearine <br />None <br />New Business. <br />Resolution 2016-19 — Donation to White Bear Lake Food Shelf <br />A.motion was. made by Councilmern ber Artig-Swornley, seconded by Coup cilmernber Lindner to approve <br />Resolution 2016-19 donation to the WhiteBearlake Food bank. Motion Passed. :Resolution approved. <br />High Tech Auto CLIP Renewal <br />A condition of High Tech Auto's conditional.use permit is that High Tech apply yearly to renew their CUP. <br />No concerns or complaints have come. in regards to High Tech Auto. COO ncilmember L€ndner made a <br />motion to renew High Tech Auto's CUP for 2017, Councilmember Bosak seconded, Motion passed. High <br />Tech Auto Conditional Use. Permit was approved for 2017. <br />Rush Line, Andy Gitxloff, Ramsey, Couniy_Regional Rail <br />Mr: Gitz[off updated the Council on progress on the Rush Line Pre -Project Development Study.
