RAMSEY COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake.cmmently pper"ates a Municipal Curbside Recycling <br />Prom for all single family residenceswithin the City; and. <br />WHEREAS, the City.Council realizes -that increased. public awareness; education. and <br />participation in this program is.itt the best iritirests of.all citizens and wishes -to expand the <br />current program within the administrative guidelines established for current. City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey "County Public Realth Department,.
