LAKE TO APPROVE A TOBACCO <br />LICENSE TO THE COUNTRY LOUNGE, 35.9.0 HOFFMAN ROAD WEST, GEM LAKE, <br />MINNESOTA FOR 2023. <br />WHEREAS, The City. of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to.issue tobacco licenses zo- <br />approved and authorized establishments within their municipality; <br />WHEREAS, The Country Lounge, 3590Hoffman Road West. Gem Lake; has met all the requirements <br />set forth: with the City of Gem Lake and'the State of Minnesota fora tobacco license for 2023-:. <br />NOW.
