The required signage, which will be provided to the licensee.by the City, must be posted -in a manner that is dearly - visible to anyone who. is or is considering making a purchase.. (c) Samples Prohibited. No person shall distribute samples. -of ariy:licensed*prbductfree of charge or at a nominal cost. The distribution. of *cannabinoid products as a free donation is prohibited. (d) Hours of Sales. No sales -of `cannabinoid-products will be allowed ai the lieensed.premises after io:oo.p.m: andbefore 8*0 a.m. daily . (e) Self=Checkout. No sales of cannabinoid products or canniabiuoid-related devices may be completed through self -checkout. Alicensee or lieensee's.elerk mustprocess each transaction at a.point of sale. S . 11-616. Storage and Display, R shall be unlawful for a licensee under this Article to allowthe-Gale of cannabinoid products or cannabinoid-related devices by any means where bya*customer may have access to such items without having to request the item from the licensee or the licensee's employee .aAd whereby there is not a physical exchange of the cannabinoidproduct or.cannabinoid- related devices between the licensee or'his'cleek :and the customer. All cannabinoid product or cannabinoid-related devices shall either be:siored:behind a -counter or other area.not freely accessible to customers, or in, a case or other.storage unit not left open and.accessible to the general public. This section.does not apply to exclusive cannabinoid/tobacco stores. Sec.11-517, eaponsibii#ty, .All licensees under this article shall be responsible. for the actions of their:ernployees-in regard to the sale; offer to sell,.andfuM- ishing.of licensedproducts on the licensed premises; and the sale of such>an item by. -an employee shall also be: considered sale by the license holder. Nothing in this section shall be-conatrued as prohibiting the city from. also subjecting the clerk to whatever penalties ate appropriate under this article, state or federal law, or other applicable law or regulation.
