City: Manager Lindy Crawford shared regarding some projects. the.City has -scheduled. Kelly reported that a license agreement in the.amount of $1.,250.00 has been <br />nief*by negotiation., down from $7,000.00. BNSF is also going to waive the :$1,266.00..RPLI fee, <br />acid the annual charge because those items. were.not part of the.initial discussion. It will be a 25 <br />year license. <br />Counc.ilmember Lindner introduced a motion to finalize. and conclude the negotiations with BNSF <br />and pay the $1,250.00 license fee, seconded by Councilmember Johnson. Voice vote taken, all <br />voted yes, motion passes. <br />Weycift-Hauler Transition .Update <br />The City has had acouple pickups and everything.seems.to be going well for the City. There area <br />few residents that.still have some ol~the old haulers recycling containers.
