This course will <br />be an overview of the fundamentals of the IRC; including code <br />development origins, basic principles; and issues. thatare <br />missing or assurned to be included. Examples and illustrations <br />will bean integral part of this presentation. <br />PM: Exterior Wall.Systems <br />Water intrusion through exterior walls may be the largest. <br />problem in residential construction today. This course will <br />discuss the IRC requirements for exterior wails of chapters 3, <br />6 and 7.
