The domestic. fowl keeping license. may be revoked, or <br />renewal denied, if the licensee fails to comply with any of the conditions outlined in <br />Section 3..13. <br />SECTION S; Severmbility. Should any section, subdivision, clause. or other. provision of this <br />Ordinance be heid to be invalid in airy court of coriipetent jurisdiction; such decision. shall 'not <br />affect the validity of the Ordinance a5 a whole, or gf any part hereof, other than the pant held to <br />be invalid. <br />SECTION 6.
