City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2017 - 19 <br />A. -RESOLUTION .APPROVING THE CONSOLIDATED LAND TISE ORDINANCE <br />FOR THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />WHEREAS, For the last year a corm-nittee has been working. on updating the City <br />Ordinances.. The committee completed their task with anew Ordinance, Ordinance 13.1. <br />BE. IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Gem Lake approves. Ordinance <br />1.31 and retires the following ordinances to 13.1: Ordinances to be retired: <br />43K Zoning Ordinance;. 58C Subdivisions; '6.6 Tree Preservation; <br />92 Environmental:Review; 100 Landscaping; IQ713 Gem Lake Gateway District <br />Develaprnent Code and 10..9 Sign Regulations. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adapted at the November 21 st,.24.17 regular <br />City.
