9.6.2 Use of Building Type Templates. Figtues 6 through 15 contain all regulatory information governing the dimensions. <br />of lots and the dimensions, setbacks, lieiglit; mass, placement and use of buildings in the District.'ne.City's. review of <br />a. development application shall primarily apply the information contained in. the applicable Buildzrig Type Templates. <br />Terms and concepts used widiin the Building Type Templates are further defined as follows. <br />A) Frontage Street. The Thoroughfare Type on.which the.. Building Type may be p}aced: The building. must be <br />oriented toward..the frontage: street and have itsprimary entrance: on the permitted frontage street, unless.. an <br />alternative is allowed by the terms of. the Building Type chosen. 'Width". is measured' along frontage street; <br />°depth" measured perpendicular :to the frontage street. For purposes. of placing. buildings,.. Highway 61 and <br />County Road E are not frontage streets,. and. the property boundary with those.roads' rights-of�way should be <br />aligned as the rear lot Iinn:to the greatest extent possible, parking lots:may abut the Highway 61 or County Road <br />E rights -of -way, subjectto the landscapingrequirements of the Gem Lake Landscaping Ordinance. <br />B) Height.by Story. The pertnittetl height of any building is determined by the. number of stories allowed and <br />built. Any total surface coverage or building. footprint standax may <br />be combined among all of the buildings included on'a particular lot. <br />9.6A New Building Types, New building.types may be proposed in the manner of other amendments to the Zoning <br />Code miring the procedure in. Section 17.G of the Zoning Ordinance.
