SEH <br />Employment Locations <br />Employment is scattered throughout Gem.Lake with some occurring at the golf course <br />and some at the White Bear :Montessori, but most.employment opportunities will <br />continue to. existin the Gateway district. Within the Gateway district, the Neighborhood <br />General and Neighborhood Mixed Use will offer some employment opportunities, but <br />the Neighborhood. Center sub -zone will provide most of Gem Lake's employment. <br />Development Staging <br />Gem Lake is classified as "suburban" in the 2040 Regional Development Framework.
