Section 1.4.4 Interim Uses. 14.4.1..Subject to applicable pxovisionsi of this Ordinance, the following are. considered to be Intexini Uses in the Garden Overlay District; A) Community Gardens. B) Market Gardens. 14.4.2 Interim Use Pcradts granted under this.Sectiion expire on March 1.5th of each year. The permit maybe renewed. annually, at the. discretion of the City Council. Application for and approval .of an Interim > Tse Permit shall follow the procedures set forth in Section 11.5. of this Ordinance• In addition to the requirements: of that Section, the.applicant shall provide a written summary .of the.proposed uses of %rtilizers., pesticides and other agxicultural.chemicals in the ir�asnt enance of the gardens, In approving. an Interim Use Pezrnit; tYie City Council attachsuch additional conditions as it. deems necessary to assure compatibility with surrounding laritluses, including conditions relating to. the useof agricultural cherrdcals on the property. Section 14.5 Permitted Accessory Uses.
