Section 1.4.4 Interim Uses. <br />14.4.1..Subject to applicable pxovisionsi of this Ordinance, the following are. considered to be Intexini Uses in the Garden <br />Overlay District; <br />A) Community Gardens. <br />B) Market Gardens. <br />14.4.2 Interim Use Pcradts granted under this.Sectiion expire on March 1.5th of each year. The permit maybe renewed. <br />annually, at the. discretion of the City Council. Application for and approval .of an Interim > Tse Permit shall follow the <br />procedures set forth in Section 11.5. of this Ordinance• In addition to the requirements: of that Section, the.applicant <br />shall provide a written summary .of the.proposed uses of %rtilizers., pesticides and other agxicultural.chemicals in the <br />ir�asnt enance of the gardens, In approving. an Interim Use Pezrnit; tYie City Council attachsuch additional conditions <br />as it. deems necessary to assure compatibility with surrounding laritluses, including conditions relating to. the useof <br />agricultural cherrdcals on the property. <br />Section 14.5 Permitted Accessory Uses. Subject toapplicableprmnsions of #his OrAinance,.the following are. allowed accessory <br />uses: to any validly issued Interim Use Permit in any Gaz&n Overlay District: <br />14.5.1 Hoophouses, coldframes.and similar structares`used:to. extend the.growing:season <br />7 d 4 7 Re-nrlies_ nlantina beds: comnostbins,,rain barrels and'si lilar'structures used to.. facilitate the growth of plants. <br />1.4.6.2 <br />14.6.3 No;fuel, fertilizer, pesticides or <br />within a'Garden Overlay zone. <br />be.stored on the. property. <br />Section 14.7 General"Regulations. <br />14.7.1. The:minium`land area for appiicatton of.a Garden Overlay shall pe:ten:acres. <br />14.7..2 All.gardening.activity and.all structures and equipment shall be setback at lost.
