Section 16A Lot Provisions <br />16.4.1 Land covered by Gem Lake, its contiguous bog area including islands. (Measured to the mean high-water mark) <br />and other DNR protected wetlands shown on applicable: section chaps covering the. sarea. shall not be included in any <br />area calculations required by this Ordinance. <br />16.4.2 In all residential districts, a lot must include contiguous buildable area as shown in tables located elsewhere within <br />the ordinance unless the lot is.patt of.a cluster or planned unit development that has been reviewed and recorrztrzcndcd. <br />for approval by the Planning Commission and. approved by the City Council.. <br />Section 16.5 Accessory Buildings <br />16.5.,1 No accessory buildingor structure shallbe constructed on anylotprior to the time of construction of the principal <br />building to which. it is. accessory. <br />16 5.2 No accessory building shall exceed.the height -of the:princip1 building. However, in no case, skull such accessory <br />building exceed twenty -Five (25) feet. in height. <br />16.5.3 An accessory building.shall be considered to be anintegral.part of the'Principal building unless it is six (6) feet or. <br />more from the principal building. <br />16.5.4No detached accessory: building shall be less than'sixty (GO') feet from the public:=right-of way except on a corner <br />lot; unless it conforms to the side yard.requirements. of j&,:principal li iilding.
