SECTION 21- REGiTLATInN OF GEM LASE WATERS$. WETLANDS AND SHORELANDS <br />Section 21A General Provisions. <br />e land use regulations in this Section shall: apply to any land.in the City of .Gem Lake located <br />21:1.1 Shoreland District. City of Gem Lake has delegated its authority under the Minnesota Wetland <br />Conservation Act of `1991 and attendant rules to the. Vadnais Lake Axea Watershed Management Association <br />(VI AWMO). All requests for'pernjits, review or approval requited by the,Wetland Con8ervation.Act must be submitted <br />to VLAWM0 as the acting Local Government Unit <br />21.1:3 Applied in Concert with other Law.
