23 313 A tower shall:be located on a parcel of land so as. to. have. tlie. least.impact. on. adjoining properties and any <br />negative impact of the towershall be confined onto the. property on which itis located, to the greatest extent possible. <br />23.3.14 The tower location shall provide the .m=nrurn amount of screeni ng for off site views. of the tower and/or <br />antenna.and related. structure.
