SECTION 10 = OPEN SPACE/RECREATIONAL DISTRICT "OS/It" <br />10.1 Intent. and Purpose <br />This zoning district is for land in the City of Gem -Lake resenved for:.1) open space or, .2) Recreational uses. There currently is <br />no publicly held open or recreation space within the City of Gem Lake.. The only recreational facility within the. City is a private <br />golf couxse.and it is the desire of the City to hate the golf course propertyreinaul recreational in nature.
