E) The impact of the use. on,the economy <br />Section 16.2. Severability <br />It is: hereby declared.to. be the intention.of the Mayot and City. Council that the several provisions of this Ordnance are severable. <br />if any court of competent jurisdiction shall :adjudge any provision of this Ordinance or application thereof to beinvalid, such <br />judgment .shall not affect any other pr6�7sion of this Ordinance not specifically included in. said judgment. <br />Section.16.3 Non -Conforming Uses and Structures <br />16.3.1 Any structure. or use lawfully existing upon the effecti�,e date of this Ordinance may be continued at the size and <br />in a manner of operation existing upon such date. exceptas hereinafter specified.. <br />16.3.2 Nothing -in this.
