16.13.1 General Provisions A) Nofences shall -be placed on or extend into a public or private right -of wav or utility easement B) The side of .the: fence considered the. Specific Fence Standards. Fences may be allowed in the -City of Gem. Lake subject to the following standards: A) Split rail,. fences .not exceeding forty-eight (48'� inches in height are permitted anywhere within the property lines of a lot located within the City. Location of the fence in relation to the property line as described in 16.111 E) must -be followed.
