SECTION 18 - PERFORMANCE STANDARDS. <br />Section 18,1 General <br />The performance standards established in this section are designed to encourage high quality developmentby providing <br />assurance that. neighboring land uses will be compatible. The performance standards. are also designed to prevent and eliiminate <br />those conditions that cause urban and rural blight. The. Zoniag Administrator; assisted. by the Building. Inspector, shall be <br />responsible for enforcing these standards and may require the submission of information :showing compliance or non- <br />compliance with .the standards. <br />Section I8.2 Requirements for Consideration <br />18.2.1 Constriction Plan Review <br />.A) Resideritial Construction <br />1) Prior to the .start of construction. or remodeling that will create a new building :.or structure or will. <br />change the outside dimensions of any building or structure located in a .residential zoning: district, six. <br />(G) copies of the following:data must be furnished to: the.Zoning Administrator. <br />a) Existing. Improvements. Zoning Administrator. <br />a) Existing Improvements, Copies of a Registered Surveyors. Report 'drawn to a scale. not <br />smaller than one inch. equals fifty feet (1" =:SD') for the lot upon which the structures. will be <br />built or. remodeled. Each site plan shall identify the locations) and size(s) of: all existing <br />structures, proposed structures or additions, driveways, sidewalks,. parking spaces and <br />Individual Sewage Treatment Systems 0STS).
