A) In business districts all materials, equipment and vehicles .shall be stored in. a building. or fully screened (so <br />as not to be visible) from adjoin' properties or a.street except for. <br />1). Temporary storage of construction and landscaping materials currently being used on the premises. <br />2) Open Storage Lots where screening but not a budding shall. be required. <br />3). Open. Sales .ox Rental.Lots where merchandise for retail sales or .rental may be displayed in areas <br />designated .by the required Site Plan or a Conditional or Interim Use. Permit. <br />B) The useof commercial. storage equipment and/ox semi trailet type .containers or other similar.portable. <br />storage units is. not allowed in any business district. unless. an Interim Use .Permit for a period. not to exceed <br />one -hundred eighty (180) days is first secured in.accordance with Section 17.5..44 4 of this Ordinance. Whenever <br />possible, -.such containers should be restricted to a location in the side or seat yard. <br />Section 18.4 Refuse <br />S <br />18.4.1 In All Districts, :all. waste material,.. debris, refuse,: or garbage shall. be. kept -in an enclosed building or properly <br />contained in.a .closed container designed for such purposes. Farms. may beexcluded from this requirement providing <br />the. waste material is thatcommonly associated and incidental to normalfarm operations. The screening in this section shall consist of a solid fence or wall not less than five (5) feet high, but shall not <br />extend within fifteen (15) feet of any street, right-ofway or driveway.
