Sampling and monitoring activities and equipment, including installation,.xnaiptenance, and removal shall be at the discharger's own expense. All devices used to: measure storm water flow and quality shall be calibrated to ensure their accuracy. 29.10.1.5.Any tempoxary or permanent obstruction to:safe.and easy access. to the facility to be inspected and/or .sampled shall be. promptly removed by the operator.atthe written or oral request of the City of Gem.
